This may be wishful thinking, but here goes:

Jones 49.1% (+2.8%)
Moore 46.3%
Write-ins 4.6%

Moore by 8.5, voted for 9

Moore: 52%
Jones: 44.5%
Write-in: 2.5%

That's a margin of 7.5 and totals to 99.  Did you mean 53 for Moore?

Jones - 36%
Write-in - 6%
