Hogan is the only Republican I would really think about. Romney would not be abhorrent. Tulsi would come after them and before the rest of the lot of regressives but I wouldn't like it any better to vote for her and probably wouldn't.

AOC is eligible in 2024, she'll turn 35 in October of that year.
