The alleged victim didn't want details about her to become public because she was concerned about her own safety. She's afraid to come forward. Feinstein kept it secret out of concern for the alleged victim's safety. I sense sexism. KDL's fundraising is still anemic. He could win, but he doesn't have the name recognition yet.

If a Democratic SCOTUS candidate was accused of sexual abuse under a Democratic Senate, the nominee would still be voted down.

Those who are unhappy with Feinstein's situation weren't going to vote for her anyway. Many Californians don't even know who her opponent is.

The fact that she didn't release it (or feed it to the FBI?) back in July when she obtained the info should, but it won't. Of course her main challenger had to be Mr. "Ghost Gun"... absolutely pathetic.

She didn't release it because Dr. Ford (the victim) wanted it to remain confidential, and Feinstein respected her wishes. It's not because Feinstein loved Kavanaugh and wanted him to be confirmed, it's just that sometimes you have to do the right thing instead of the option that is most politically expedient.

Feinstein is a guaranteed vote against Kavanaugh. No blue state Democratic Senator will vote for Kavanaugh. If any Democrats vote yes, they will all be from red states (like Manchin and Donnelly).
