Well, which is it? ~nods head and body shakes before typing again~ Which one put on food on the family more better? Who's chance do you wish to give more of a plan?

The old and "experienced" one that starred in a movie with...a chimp, and won no awards far as I know.

Or the Junior one that co-starred in a movie...by Michael Moore, and won a Razzie.

Bush as he managed to be slightly less destructive while in office.

See I only chose Reagan because he didn't have Dick Cheney as his Veep.

Bush was less racist, his foreign policy called pretty much all terrorists for what they were, less selective BS and certainly no terrorist training, no Cold War re-escalation, and humanitarian aid in Africa.

Grenada is great stand-in for Iraq.

Reagan was a better communicator of course, he was better at compromising, and there was the amnesty he allowed in 1986.

Also Reagan never had all of the Congress dominated by his party at any point, Bush had a GOP Congress for at least half his presidency. Who knows what Reagan would've done if not for Tip O'Neil.

Reagan did slightly more good, but also a lot more harm...however Cheney,... Cheney is where the line is crossed.

^Since you seem to approve of Bush's foreign policy, why do you hate Cheney?

My answer is Reagan of course. He did more good (namely tax cuts, especially indexing tax rates to inflation which ended regressive income taxation) and less bad (Patriot Act, torture, two full-out wars as opposed to simple meddling, Medicare Part D, NCLB, etc).

@Deus: I don't approve in the slightest.  But I will give credit when something useful comes out, and I don't think Cheney had nearly as much to do with the humanitarian efforts in Africa. And unless another 9/11 happens, it's safe to say by a very split hair that the consequences in the long-term are less damaging.

One cannot approve the Carter doctrine, and honestly support either Bush or Reagan doctrine in general.

As for Cheney hatred, look at how he still stands behind torture, or how about the Scooter Libby affair?  His very attitude in general though is atrociously self-serving as well.

I'm not surprised that the blue-avvies and yellow avvies are united for Reagan, but I definitely expected a more split reaction from the red side of Atlasia.

Reagan had a very negative longterm effect. We're yet to see if Dubya can surpass him.

Hard to name two presidents that did more to set the country down such a negative path. I went with Reagan, if only because Bush is probably the worst president in nearly 150 years.
