I'm going with an FS for episodes made before 2005, HS for most made after 2005 though even today I still think the show can make a good episode of two every now and again and there were bad episodes before 2005 as well.

#4 for me.

WRONG! Family Guy is still as good as it's ever been!

This is probably a discussion for another thread, But the newer Family Guy episodes mostly don't do it for me. I liked the Simpsons/Family Guy crossover though.

It died with Maude...though the era around the Movie but before the HD switch was a nice island of quality/
