I'm generally supportive of open borders, but not fully open trade. I only support fully open trade agreements with similar economies, such as Canada, the UK, and pretty much all of Western Europe. I'd support a US-Japan FTA, but I think it'd be the Japanese that would have more objections on account of what they do to their automotive market.
