MA: The Mideast Migrant Civil Rights Act (Failed)

I'd like to propose the following amendments:


3. No Illegal Immigrant shall be deported to his Nation of Origin if that Nation is in a state of Civil War against his or her will.
4. No Illegal Immigrant under the age of 14, who has not committed any crime other than his or her own illegal presence in the Mideast Region, shall be placed in detention for a period of over 24 hours.



OR

We could just pass legislation stating that the "state of being an illegal alien" shall not exist in the region, and that all residents of the region shall be afforded the same rights, and should not be considered to be illegally living in the region according to Mideast law.

Just eliminate the anti-abortion crap. We don't need the votes from the two assemblyman who think they should be able to control woman's bodies.
