A permabear who was predicting the Dow would go to 2000 to 4000 "within the next few years" back in 2002, and happened to get lucky in 2006-07, but has the totally wrong interpretation of events policy prescriptions and if we had listened to him, the unemployment rate today would be about 30% and you would be looking at real revolution, not the namby pamby revolution-as-cool crap that you see today.
