Yes, they obviously can, and it's not up for political debate.

Tell you're feminist friend she's the sexist if this is what she belives. Even if she somehow thinks that females are incapable of rape (which is obviously not true in the slightest - they are capable of it and it does happen), there's also many examples of men raping men.

This also kind of reminds me about Todd Akin's 'legitimate rape' comments.

Huh? I just meant that I'm completely stunned the person mentioned in the OP believed that men can't be raped, or from what was implied.
