In 2012, the closest state was Florida, which Obama won by 0.87 points. Which state's result will be be decided by the smallest margin percentagewise?

If things stay the way they are now, North Carolina. If the national race tightens, then it could be any of these states: Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Iowa, Virginia, or possibly Colorado. If things move even more in Hillary's direction, it could end up being Arizona.
