Is "clot" the word used to describe a group of homosexuals? A school of fish; a herd of cattle; a clot of homosexuals?

Learn something new everyday!

We prefer "a brunch."

That's cute, but awfully staid.. could just as well apply to my mother and her biddy crowd.

I always think of the essence of homosexuality as the very opposite of 'clot' - more like a squirt or a spritz.  A spritz of homosexuals.

What the hell happened to this thread?

a clot of homosexuals weren't happy with my lack of a surprised reaction to the headlines

well, considering their white blood cell count is usually low due to their wayward behavior, "an ooze of homosexuals" wouldn't make much sense.  but HIV does increase the risk of blood clots, hence "a clot of homosexuals".
All homosexuals have HIV?

He does seem to imply that, and that heteros do not have it, but in fairness our little Moses would say that anyone with the hiv would be a 'sexual immoral'.

I'm proud of Iowa.... even if it was their Supreme Court. I'm guessing the voters might not approve but who knows...

Yeah, that part of the discussion takes a detour into Dullsville... I can accept the religious point of view but "they all have AIDS" is so 1993.

Academic careers? Elderly parents needing care? Fear of heights? Affordable housing for Omaha commuters?

I see.
And from where exactly did he got the numbers?
Let me guess...

I'm not sure, but I do know that the US has higher rates than mkost western countries; and southern states have the highest figures in the country.

Because it's an awesome state? If the Twin Cities didn't exist I'd be living in Iowa.

Academic careers? Elderly parents needing care? Fear of heights? Affordable housing for Omaha commuters? Voting in the first caucus every four years?

Fixed?

I believe that is the only reason one would live in Iowa.

Gays certainly love to caucus the night away.

This is the first time a state got gay marriage and it wasn't a Presidential election year.

Mass. ruled in Nov. '03. They gave the state 6 months before marriages started, though.

What I meant precisely was the year before the election.

I happen to like Iowa quite a bit. Sometimes I wish the eastern 1/5 of my state could secede and join them.
