Yes.  Then every country in the world will go down the toilet so much faster, people will suffer, and eventually realize socialism does not work.

PLEASE bring it in.  PLEASE.

This is a brilliant idea!  here is how it should go:

The treaty is signed with a starting minimum wasge of about $6/hr.  No indexing garbage, just a fixed, USD amount.  We let a panel composed of mostly European leaders adjust it in teh future.

The President signs it, gives it to the Senate telling them in no uncertain terms, to not pass it.  The Senate rejects it.

The US is then out of this incredibly stupid idea while Europe, and Canada and other countries with leadership too stupid to realize how bad an idea this is, are in.

Companies then leave the stupid countries and go to the US, hina and other countries that, for one reason or another, stayed the hell out.

Unemplyment plummets, the economy booms, prices drop and the Republican party gets all the credit.

Oh yes, we can USE this idea.
Oh.  Didn't see your post.  I'm definitely agreeing here buddy.  So I voted Yes.

I just found out the minimum wage (at the time, the 'basic wage' was an Australian invention Smiley
What a disaster.
