I was starting to wonder why I was the only vote for option 2.  That's the spirit, Moderate, Torie, and Mechman!  With Torie at the table, the dancers will actually pay attention to us .

Go to the strip club with BRTD. Actually, I like going to strip clubs. Was there about 2 months ago in the town of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The town has only 2.500 inhabitants, but 5 strip clubs.

Not exactly true.  Sometimes seeing the grotesques which qualify as a sex object in the USA is worse than not seeing them at all.

The other night I went to a place called the Harem Club - cute place, no strip club, but a kind of drinking bar with a stage show, lots of comfy tables with big sofas, and then round the edge fairly private booths.  Loads of very very cute hostesses, mostly in bikinis, and just head and shoulders above any stipper in the USA, and they sit in your lap and grope for 40 minutes for $10.

I should clarify, these are like nearly model-level girls.  Of course across town you can get laid for $15, so $10 for the 'Play Time' as they call it is a bit high.  You get the 40 minutes of lap-dancing and mutual groping for two ladies drinks (about $5 each), so $10 minimum.  Then if you want to you can try to arrange some subsequent meeting with the girl, just between the two of you - usually around $60-120 though, and there is no guarantee she'll be willing to meet you!  Harem Club is the super high-end for an upcountry city.

Actually they don't smile all that much.. they mostly try to look sultry.  At any rate no one claims they love their job or cares that they love their job, but the supposition that they are forced into it (and into making 5 times what they'd make at a 'regular job') is even more absurd.

I'll probably go with BRTD to his favorite strip club -it would be my first time setting foot in such an establishment, but I think it needs to happen at least once.  

All the other options are meh.

edit: I hope the strippers are at least around 25 years old or a little older, as well as full-figured with the requisite curves.  I'm not into teenagers, or flat and (seemingly) emaciated women.
