I think think of several "scandals" and major missteps that happened via Twitter, and nothing about it being used in a positive manner for a campaign. If I were running a campaign rule one would be a complete ban on Twitter.

I hate using it.  It has legitimate uses, but it has the potential to do some bad damage.
