If Trump is spending to defend NC, he is losing.

Definitely. North Carolina must be a gimee, and the media other than Fox Propaganda Channel/ OAN/ Newsmax aren't as craven as Trump's golf buddies. The same must also be so of Georgia.

I don't predict electoral collapses before they happen, but if Trump's campaign collapses, NC goes to Biden. That's like saying that if Biden's campaign collapses, Biden loses Minnesota and New Hampshire.

I'd love to see what each campaign's polling looks like right now. I imagine Biden would be feeling pretty good if he had a result even close to this -- which makes me a little skeptical?

I wouldn't say so. If he didn't, it would mean that he's certain of winning. And you can't be certain of a state you won by 1 pt. the last time around. HRC didn't invest in states Obama won by 10 before and still lost.
