This is obviously basically just symbolic, since how many Israeli settlement goods are sold in the US anyway? But a nice gesture.

Just how is one going to determine where a good is made?  Is there a label on it saying "made in a Jewish settlement in Palestine?"

Hence my point about it basically just being symbolic.

Could this be a sign that Americans are finally warming up to the facts of the occupation, instead of Zionist propaganda?

Israeli propaganda, not Zionist. Using the phrase "Zionist" could be misconstrued rather easily, even though yes, in some cases, both of those phrases are one and the same.

Not quite.  Most of the people who propagandize for the state of Israel in the United States aren't Israelis.

Pro-Israeli propaganda, then. Using the word "Zionist" is just sinister.

There isn't anything inherently wrong as I see with talking about "Zionist propaganda" since such a thing obviously exists, though you are right that it often sounds pretty bad because it's not uncommon for actual anti-Semites to write things that basically are neo-Nazi rants except with "Jews" replaced with "Zionists".
