Rice would win.  She'd shore up the base with Allen on the ticket, though the resulting map would be interesting (can even picture it).  Why should Dems. pick a mediocre Senator as the chief executive, and a successful executive as President of the Senate?  I've been around enough women to know she wouldn't even carry the women's vote.
Though I can't picture a map, I can see the PV being 48% Condi, 46% Hillary, 6% Other (esp. in MS, GA, AL, SC, LA).  SC primaries could be last, but I think they'd select the nominee for the other party.  Of course will let a cold state tell us, unless we regain our common sense.  Sorry, I don't see this match-up.
