Yes, even moreso than non-Asians wearing hoodies, something I've just realized after a particularly cold inside day at my work that resulted in everyone wearing hoodies including all the Asian girls. I don't know why, maybe because people in Asian countries normally wouldn't need to wear hoodies...regardless I like it.

For women, I generally find clothes have little effect on perceptions of attractiveness, ie a woman who's good looking in a couture dress will look good in a hoodie, and vice versa. This thread, thus, is not women being attractive in hoodies but attractive women in hoodies.

Perhaps, though, maybe it's something to do with the hair. Do they have long black hair? Maybe it contrasts pleasantly with the hoodie.

No it is often quite cold at night Nov-Feb in the North and Northeast parts of the country.  Easily down to 55-65 at night, so at least a hoodie would be necessary, and much more for on a motorbike, etc.
