Considering that voting is pretty much concluded, I'd like to motion we start with declarations and nominations for party offices.

For a start, I declare my contention for Pacific Chairman and Party Secretary.

Now, the new bylaws state the nomination has to be seconded by two other party members that can't run for the same office, so keep that in mind when endorsing and whatnot.

As much as I am interested in running for Whip, Oakvale expressed interest in running a couple weeks ago. I just sent him a PM asking if he still wants to run, but unfortunately he's on leave of absence until Sunday.

I know we've delayed officer elections too long already, but if Oakvale doesn't respond back sooner is there any way we could keep nominations open until Sunday, Mr. Chairman?

I don't think the general election starts until the ~20th, so I suppose we're not in a hurry.

Thank you to both Fritz and Kal for the support. That said, I've talked with Oakvale and he's still interested in the job. I think he'd be great in that role. Accordingly I'll thankfully decline running for Whip and nominate Oakvale instead.

I've added several pages to a template at the bottom. It includes a membership page, which the secretary can keep up-to-date (I threw in an outdated list from last year just to get the template in), a previous campaigns page, a leadership page, and a bylaws page (which I'll add once it formally passes).
