Liberal leading is shrinking, albeit very slowly.

47% of polls reporting. This is over.

JV: Bourassa '85, Getty '89. If she loses VPG she'll arrange a safe seat.

NDP is resting their hopes on the advance polls. Grasping at straws?

Yes, but everyone is sad at the HQ since NDP apparently lost.

Schizophrenic party.

If the NDP loses tonight, Dix will probably resign tomorrow. And then he should exile himself to Paraguay in shame.

One of my Liberal (federal) friends on Facebook implies Trudeaumania has spilled over.

The BCNDP continues to be a joke party, they should just dissolve at this point. How did they (and the pollsters, yeah) f- up this bad?

Polling companies should just disband at this point too.

Peter Julian is making a "Ben lâ lâ" on French TV. Sounds very Québec.

Green leader lost. She said she would leave political life if she lost.
Suppose the door is wide open for Andrew Weaver.

Kwan and Julian are quite spinning hard on early vote.
Reeks of the last election, exact same thing.
Don't think it will change votes, through, given that early vote is weighting heavier every election.

I kind of expected a Liberal overperformance, since longtime/unpopular incumbents will tend to underpoll. But this is more than overperformance. It's a huge f-ck up for the pollsters (and NDP), a year after Alberta.

CBC calls it a Liberal majority (well, obviously). Is the NDP going to start debating dissolution of the party soon? They should.

NDP is needing to do serious and deep introspection to find the causes of that failure.
Checking all.

Leader, ground game, GOTV, campaign strategy, message...

At least the Wildrose Party's defeat can be explained by its inept and hard-right campaign. Adrian Dix doesn't seem far-left and took pains to seem as boring as possible.

Clark is leading. Hope she loses, because that would make this hilarious result even more hilarious.
