I wouldn't say Biden because of Clarence Thomas he pushed thru

You just base your own opinion based on one single action, and you do that with everything and it's so annoying. Your takes are absolutely horrible to the extent no-one should take you seriously.

Secondly, Biden wasn't VP when he pushed Clarence Thomas thru. While LBJ was president and not VP when he pushed Thurgood Marshall thru.

The question is still: who is the best Democratic Vice President in the past 90 years. You're not answering it.
