Huntsman. If he were the front runner of GOP he would have over 50% chance of beating Obama.

Romney is second, as he has the potential to break into Obama's 272 EV firewall. No other GOP candidate could realistically break it.
If Huntsman adopts a better personality he could probably even make 5 safe Obama states (OR, MI, MN, WI, PA) somewhat close/competitive.
