They would succeed thanks to the conservative Supreme Court/Republican control of Congress.

There are already five votes on the Supreme Court to allow them to steal Arizona (all conservatives except Roberts).

Do they have the votes to overturn the race in congress?

Depends how many seats they win in 2022. Romney, Murkowski (if she wins) and Collins are the only obvious no's in the Senate, and there are about a dozen more tossup votes in the Republican caucus in my opinion.

In the House, they probably will have the votes, unless their majority is really tiny.

Only about 2/3 of the GOP caucus voted to overturn in 2021. That’s a lot but probably not enough unless they’re at above 300 seats.

To be fair, I wouldn't be shocked if a lot of those no votes in the GOP caucus would have been yes's if the Republican trying to overturn the election wasn't Trump.
