I have been ruthlessly persecuted for my opinion that stale cheese puffs are just better than fresh ones. They are! It's undeniable.

The texture is better.

The other food that this applies to is graham crackers. Once they get stale, they are soft and absolutely delicious, especially with a spread like peanut butter.
