The race is either going to be within 5pts of each other or 10-15pt margin.

Why wouldn't it have a 6-9 point margin?

The way NJ undecideds tend to break.  They tend to move in a block one direction or the other.  If they go to Corzine, big win.  If they go to Forrester, close race.  NJ breaks late and it often breaks hard.
