Opinion of your family?

I love my parents - I unfortunately have a sibling that I have no relationship with, though I am blessed to have a brother and sister-in-law (plus three nephews and a niece) who I care for dearly. Due to my father's mother passing away at a young age and his dad remarrying (cue evil stepmom story), we don't keep in contact with my Dad's side of the family, and unfortunately everyone seems to be caught up in their own little world on my Mom's.

Since I was born late, all of my first cousins are about 10-20 years older than me, and all of my second cousins are 10+ years younger, so I usually don't have anyone my age to hang out with at reunions.

I voted Freedom Family due to some close immediate relationships, but I have some bitterness on my family situation.
