Since we're on the topic...

I don't believe that a teenager taking a "suggestive" photo of themselves should be considered illegal child pornography. If they did it themselves, I don't see what the problem is. Criminalizing teens for it usually does more harm than good.

You should be pulled over and ticketed for going more than 10 mph below the speed limit.  Not sure how "unpopular" that'd be, but it has zero chance of ever happening.

I don't think that paying $300 for a 1tb SSD is worth it, nor is it that much of an upgrade.

Avatar: The Last Airbender is the greatest show ever created.

The death penalty is a perfectly acceptable punishment for neo-Nazis

Freedom of Speech completely unabridged is overrated, we'd be better off with European style laws

Scotland would've been better off Independent in 2014.

The wage gap is a myth.

Airports are a fascinating places to be.

Citizen Kane is mediocre.

In response to the other post...

Driving slowly is more dangerous than driving quickly.

Democrats need to focus way more on economic issues than social issues in 2020.
I don't think that is particularly unpopular around here.

Speed limits on rural freeways should be abolished and a minimum of 45mph should be enforced.

If Manchin wins the primary WV-sen is safe D. If Swearengin wins it's likely R.

I love weather in the 90-100+ range, including running in those temperatures.
I think we have a masochist on our hands.

Neoliberalism is mostly just an empty term used by the far left and none of the people commonly called neoliberal by them are actually neoliberal.

The "name recognition" thing is just an excuse for progressives to continue to be in denial about Joe Biden.

Presidents Lieberman and Giuliani would like to have a word with you...
Nice to try to apply the past results of different people in different situations instead of saying anything about the year and person in question.

This website has far more moderate derangement syndrome than progressive derangement syndrome and most of the people who talk about "progressive derangement syndrome" are massive hypocrites.

George Wallace would get my vote before Nixon.

No.... just no.

Nixon wasn't bad at all in terms of policy, at least for a Republican. He was to the left of some modern Democrats - of course he was also a crook, but still.
He literally used false information on drugs to lock up people he didn't like and sparked a destructive era of "tough on drugs" policy that has done much more harm than good. I'm not inclined to agree with his policies.
