Who pardons people at a rally? I mean, he might talk about Arpaio's situation during the rally and say something like, "Sheriff Joe is being treated so unfairly. Should I pardon him? What do you think? I'll think about it." but I would be surprised if he actually announced it on stage.

He basically did what I said he would do.
