Well if he lost in 2016, he would have pretended to pick a cabinet (but hired them for this show), and have a "serious" TV show where he fake-responded to events differently from a President Hillary Clinton, sign copies of bills the GOP Congress would pass, and do it all in bombastic ways where everything always turned out perfectly for him since he's writing the storyline.

They think he’s going to go bankrupt and/or to jail, as well as fend off numerous lawsuits. Plus ambitious Republicans blaming everything Biden does that annoys them on Trump, them really going Trump on Trump. That’s what they mean. That might be a naive hope. We shall see.
