Why? Especially in a context with growing Muslim populations in the West.

Simfan probably thinks an Islamic equivalent of liberal Protestantism would mean Muslims in band shirts and hoodies filing into mosques that look like strip clubs on the inside to hear some very attractive female imam without a headscarf and in torn jeans preach something that sounds like it was taken from an Upworthy video.
