Since the poll I made on the other thread was garbage, I updated it. Just for clarification, I do NOT include any candidates who have specifically denied interest, but by default added whoever has expressed explicit interest.

I think it's pretty clear that Gillibrand's denial applies only in the case that Hillary runs. Also, why is Christie in here?

Because that's what he really is

Yeah, all the Dem big wigs would give Biden the money for his due shot at the nomination unless another candidate (like Warren or Gillibrand) presents themselves as a better option.

As for the others: Cuomo isn't going to sell well on a national stage as his personality and voice are incredibly off-putting to those outside of the northeast, or even the Tri-State area for that matter. O'Malley and Klobuchar seem more like talking heads than presidential material and won't go anywhere unless they try and drive up the Warren crowd. Booker won't run with less than 2 years of Senate experience. Schweitzer, if he stops his crazy streak, will lose on guns. Webb and Warner have enough experience and stature that one of them could reasonably challenge Biden if Warren and Gillibrand stay out.

To quote Ken Wantanabe, "let them fight."

Biden or Warren, which is why I think it's stupid shes not on the list.

She has made a Shermanesque statement saying she's not running

Biden. And I'd support him if my guys nominated someone like Cruz, too. Joe Biden is great.

It'd be worth it for four more years of great "Onion" articles and giving the GOP time to find a proper candidate (or just finally nominate one that was already present). My ideal matchup would probably be Rand vs. Biden or Christie vs. Biden.

Also, if you're including Christie in this poll, it's quite clearly a trollpoll and should be ignored.

Exactly. It's a joke about how everyone calls him a RINO
