This should be fun
Anyway, a huge positive from me.
While I'm not an expert on the current laws, Bono would be better informed, from what I can gather, despite the issue of drug trafficking for Portuguese authorities overall since the decriminalisation of marijuana, cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine among others in 2001 it has improved the situation. The creation of harm reduction programs has been a tremendous success due to the addicts freedom to seek medical assistance without facing penalties. Furthermore, combined with such programs less crime undertaken by druggies and most notably usuage among the wider community is lower. I'll be chastised by conservatives for sure, but the results
do speak for themselves.
