I'm torn between Howard County given Iowa's elasticity and Vigo being somewhat more urban than the other two counties.

Vigo County

Terre Haute makes up 60% of the counties population and I expect we'll see some snapback to Biden there.

I don't think the other two will flip back up I expect some pretty strong swings to Biden in both.
