^ Sure. Thad Cochran, an epitome of "pragmatic moderate conservative", was a "dangerous liberal" for majority in his own state party, and needed strong Black support to stave off extremist McDaniel in 2014......

Yeah, the pragmatic moderate conservative that only voted with Trump 97.1% of the time. lmao

So what? Party loyalty always increases when party's candidate becomes President. Look at ALL his 45-years career in Senate and House. 2017-2018 are immensely polarized: usually no more then 4-5 Democrats and Republicans defect party on important votes...So, it became utter idiocy. On BOTH sides. You could replace your representatives with programmed robots, and save money.

I'm going to be in Philadelphia today, if anyone happens to know of a popular watch party, I would love to attend.

Ugh, looks like NYT is now putting their election results behind their paywall.

Do y'all think Casey and Wolf could hit a double digit moe in the GE? I would say looking from where things are now, I would lean yes.

It's definitely possible, but I wouldn't bet on it. I'm guessing Casey gets upper singles and Wolf mid singles.

Dem turnout outpacing Rep in PA-17 3 to 1

Makes sense considering the counties - is PA-14 dem advantage right ? I know it is in registration overall. Also makes sense if Fetterman is really driving turnout over there. Really bodes well for Lamb though.

Casey definite, Wolf maybe.

Also bodes well for Fetterman and the Dems in that state special election.

Overheard a Boerio For Congress campaign person saying they got the report

Obviously take it with a grain of salt, but when you have Conor Lamb running, people are going to turnout for him.

If we're going with anecdotes, lots of reports on twitter that Dem turnout is absolutely awful in Pennsylvania. Not surprising with only Lt Gov being the competitive statewide primary.

The town of Oakmont PA voted for Clinton by 7 points. Just saw a tweet from a voter who got a look at the tally sheet showing 74% of the votes coming from Democrats.
