Joe Biden is 82 years old.  For him to suddenly pass away would hardly be unremarkable, even in these circumstances.

What the sudden passing of an incumbent Democratic President at this time would do would be to create a scenario of (A) a rather unpopular VP ascending to the Presidency and (B) a Democratic convention which would have no pledged or bound delegates.  How would this play out in this day and time?
