Yes. From the top of my head:

Two Iron Maiden shirts
One Meshuggah shirt
One Celtic Frost shirts
Three Marilyn Manson shirts
Two Exodus shirts
One Mercyful Fate shirt

And I had, at one point, a Skinny Puppy shirt floating around, though I think it got shredded in the wash.

I rarely wear them if I'm going to something important. But I wear them around friends, or when I go to concerts.

Yes (and often)

Also off the top of my head:
  • Lots NOFX shirts, two of the same kind for at least 3 of them
  • 3 Aerosmith shirts-a tiedyed Aeroforce One, one from the 93 "Get a Grip" Tour and one the wife got for me last year
  • Black Crowes shirt from the 92 "High as the Moon" tour
  • a couple of Bloodhound Gang "sprinkle genie" shirts
  • Rollins Band (and a Henry Rollins "spoken word" shirt...but that probably doesn't technically count)
  • and buried in the "spare" drawer....Pennywise, White Zombie,a Sublime one that came with a CD....others I'm sure I'm forgeting

Almost everyday although I don't think I've bought a new one in years. Maybe I'll list some of them later.

I have one or two, including a Death Cab For Cutey shirt here in Thailand, but only because I pick up all my shirts at the second-hand, so a band shirt for $1 is fine.  I never go to see the bands though of course as I would find that unpleasant.

In general I do not like solid color T-shirt or any other kind of t-shirt besides, say, old bank t-shirt or softball team t-shirts - you know the kind, from the 70s and 80s, that are very soft and have some words or emblem on the front in that T-shirt lettering.  I would never buy a new T-shirt.

That said, I much prefer button down shirts and polos to T-shirts, because they're not very comfortable (the crew neck, some have heavy weight, etc.)  The exceptions are those old style super-soft ones, and of course wearing T-shirts as another layer under a button down in cool weather.

Its pretty much opebo's rule that anything made after about 1984 is sh**t, whether its a shirt, a car, a trouser, etc.

What is "old bank t-shirt"?

The kind a local bank branch or other local business may have given away in the 70s and 80s.

I like the shirts of small companies you can get here or there, most of the time for free. Dunno why I like it...

I have shirts from:

Appleseed Cast
Building Better Bombs
The Bled
Converge
Planes Mistaken for Stars
The Lawrence Arms (hoodie)
Jawbreaker

and plenty of others placed somewhere and ones I've worn in the past but had to throw. I'd get more but I do laundry every week so it would become pointless at some point. But the only other shirts I wear is my alumni one, and two I've got from work.
