No it doesn't.  Who says we can't vote on two bills addressing the same issue?  The real congress does it all the time.

I urge all senators to vote for this excellent new Tweed abortion bill.

There's a point to trying to redice the number of bills around...they're getting too many...no one is able to keep up with them.

that's my point, we can barely cope with the ones we have.

I don't understand why nobody other than Nym and three senators had a problem with this bill when the time limitation was established in trimesters but now everybody seems to have a problem with a time limitation in days.

Just make up your mind and vote on the bill.

anyways i am against any abortion act that limits a womans options in cases of rape,incest and the mothers health.
none of these bills will do that,because they all set arbitrary time limits.

That may not always be the case though.
what if a woman who is 7 months pregnant is diagnosed with a problem that will kill her if she gives birth?
without the right to choose in such a case she is simply a victim of a state sponsored death penalty.

That is correct, there is a provision for an exception for the health of the mother, if there were not, I would oppose this bill and would veto it.

I vote no on both amendments
