Arguably the two most demonized nations on this forum.

Israel probably...even though I don't think it's entirely their fault.

All things considered, Iran. See, unlike Israel, Iran actually has a leader who I believe would be perfectly willing to nuke another nation without provocation just to prove a point.

Neither.

The biggest threat to world peace is the United Theocratic Corporate Socialist States of America.

The biggest threat to the world is the view that Iran is the biggest threat to the world.  I'd say Israel is more dangerous, with crazies who would bomb Iran at the slightest provocation, and receive undying support from the United States.  World War III ensues.

Iran, there's way more of a chanced an unhinged leader randomly bombs Israel, thereby causing the West to declare war on them, than Israel doing the same to a Muslim nation.

Though I guess you could argue that Israel indirectly is more of a threat, since so many countries hate them and the Middle East could very easily explode over a mild problem in Israel.

No, that about sums up my feeling of Israel; at least those with the power to.

I have the feeling that Israel is far more likely to bomb Iran in an attempt to prevent them from getting nuclear weapons, than Iran actually attacking Israel.

No, because Mr. Ahmadinedschad is not the one who'd pull the trigger. The Mullahs are reasonable enough to know that Iran wouldn't exist another 24 hours if they ever nuked Israel. So why should they do, provided that they are not willing to commit mass suicide?

By the way the reason that Iran tries to arm with nuclear weapons is not so much Israel (despite Mr. Ahmadinedschad bubbling anti-semitic trash) but Pakistan and the Sauds. And even the Iranian opposition agrees that they need the bomb to be secure from their neighbors.
It's not that the idiot "President" was the Dr. Strangelove of Iran...

Will your opinion change when the other one has nuclear weapons?

Iran is a country of 71 million people ruled by a completely lunatic man. Israel is a country of 7 million people ruled by a moderately lunatic man. So Iran, by far.

To attempt to answer this seriously... no, sorry. I can't. Neither country is a threat to the world. The current governments of both might be considered as threats to peace in the general region (though in different ways and to different extents), but neither is going to attempt to destroy the world or anything.

When Iran has a comparable number of nuclear weapons as Israel, with the equipment needed to deliver them, then I'll reconsider. But making predictions of what will happen in 15 to 20 years is hardly wise.
