The '99 Atlanta Braves closed the 1990s with their fifth World Series appearance of the decade. Trying to go 2 out of 5 tries (lost in 1991, '92, '96, won in 1995), the Braves had a 103-58 record, the best in the majors, won the National League pennant to advance to the World Series only to lose to the mighty New York Yankees in a 4 game sweep.

I dislike their fans and the Tomahawk Chop. Not because it's racist (it is) but because it's simply obnoxious. Same thing with the Florida State Seminoles. I am a Phillies fan.

The 1999 Braves was the last Braves squad to make the World Series, as of 2021.....the 2002 Braves could have went

I never liked Rodgers Clemens, I rooted against Yankees back then, steroids like Maguire but Aaron Judge is great

I rooted for Braves, but now in this Environment along with Indians they are keeping a Native American name like Chiefs
