Don't get offended; I'm being mostly serious about this.  Not very personable when he's not up on stage, eats his lunch alone, dislikes talking extensively with people about something not politics-related, has what could be considered an obsession with numbers, makes little eye contact with people in general, speaks softly in face-to-face conversation.

No, because Bernie Sanders clearly does not struggle with nonverbal communication (including sarcasm) and is incredibly big picture as a thinker as opposed to very detail oriented candidates like Clinton.  I disagree with the numbers obsessiveness (he's just hammering away at a finely tuned stump speech/script) and with the lack of eye contact.

The other qualities you identified aren't asperger's syndrome, they are just called "being a curmudgeonly asshole."
