NYBOE suprisingly did a pretty good job tonight. Race was called and votes counted within a reasonable time with not obvious mistakes or errors.

You know, it's actualy incredibly ironic but the second congressional RCV election is demonstrating the fact that RCV is not Condorcet compliant given that Begich would probably win head to head with either Palin or Peltola

I get counting votes in Alaska is logistically challenging but the delay until the 31th for voter tabulation is inexcusable. Australia has electoral districts of similar geographic size and remoteness that can project an RCV election in less than 24 hours. Alaska needs to learn from them
