I love the 2/3 majority required for any tax increase.  The 3/4 to overturn veto is to much.

Agreed!

What would you make the requirement for overturning the veto?

The veto override would still be a 2/3 majority.  I fell that altering the 2/3 override of a veto would harm the checks and balances system, even if it is only on one type of bill.  No President should have the ability to supersede 2/3 of the Congress.  If the President wishes to veto the bill he can send it back to Congress, then climb on the biggest soapbox in the world and present his case to the citizens.  If the President’s objections, and citizens contacting there Senators and Congress men are not able to sway enough votes, then the bill should pass.

A similar amendment was proposed in the 105th Congress.
