Don't ignore this one, as attractive as explosive as the fireworks one may be.

Ironically the current status quo is probably somewhere between "even split" and the mostly Regional with some Federal Support"

The Federal gov't administers the backstops, the national public option and the premium support subsidies. The regions handle most of the regulation and questions concerning the nature of health care in their regions.

I voted "mostly federal with some regional" because I believe the federal government should have a strong role in guaranteeing access to health care to all Atlasians, while the regions should be allowed to experiment with ways to deliver coverage and regulate their own markets, on the condition that health care access is universal and individuals cannot be discriminated against on the basis of wealth or pre-existing conditions.  The wording of the poll is somewhat vague, but I voted option 2 because universal availability of care is my top priority in formulating health care policy.

Indeed and this was expected to be an issue on my end. I could probably do 15 different polls on heath care breaking down every possible subset. My main objective was to get a read and how important the regional component is and that was the answer I got.

If one does indeed prioritize the subsidy/access aspect of the bill we composed, then yes one would be likely to opt for option 2, and if you prioritize the regulation aspect, option 4.
