I will never support this bill unless drastic changes are made.  By cutting all of these programs, we would be ruining the government and the lives of Atlasians.  We should not and cannot pass this bill.  I urge my fellow Senators do not pass this bill.

I urge my fellow Senators to vote against this bill.  It reduces the government to nothing.
