Also, wasn't Hans Luther Acting briefly between Ebert and Simmons?

That's true, but I didn't put him on the list, because it was only 10 days and Luther made no decision as acting President. Dönitz was a short time in power, but he signed the capitulation Wink

I vote him for his unconstitutional conduct 1923. He has used the army against the SPD / KPD governments in Saxony and Thuringia and this wasn't good.

I can't understand that you vote for Richard von Weizsäcker. He was the best of all CDU Presidents.
