5'8'' and hovering between 150 and 155 lbs.

That's one of the highest BMIs in this thread, I think?

I've gained about 30 pounds over my first decade of adulthood. Fortunately, my weight tracks my activity level; I hike frequently and spend at least an hour exercising on most days. My frame is more muscular, and I feel healthier now than I ever did in college.

What really gets me is that despite putting on close to 40 pounds since high school, my clothing sizing hasn't changed at all. Other than a couple of slimmer jeans with a 28'' waist, I still fit into everything that I owned then.

That's an almost optimal weight. That's not fat at all.

About 500 tons.

You did say "yall", and there are about 6,000 members.  Guesstimating an average weight of 170 lbs, that's 1.02 million pounds or just over 500 tons. Smiley

The OP said "y'all" not "all y'all"

5'6'', 165 lbs. Kind of have a dad bod going on. I used to weigh about 40 pounds more back in high school, though.

5 foot 7; 9 stone (126 pounds).

I generally have quite disordered eating habits, so my weight fluctuates a lot and trended unhealthily low a few years back. My issue is I'm one of those people who will occasionally forget to eat when I live on my own, which leads to fatigue, depression and poor concentration. (I often wonder whether I have the sort of personality that is inclined towards anorexia, because I obsess with the fat on my tummy especially even though it's nowhere close to being at an unhealthy level).

5'11" and 254 pounds. Over the past two years, I've ranged from 241-260, which puts me solidly in the obese range. I do a decent amount of exercise, but I don't control what I eat, which means I haven't really lost anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend it, but I'm still able to do a 6+ hour bike ride and average 10 miles per hour and not be winded when I'm done. That being said, as little as a 10-minute ride in the heat of the day makes me sweaty and hot for a good hour afterwards (even if I feel fine). And, of course, being overweight to any extent is a negative to your health, even if can get used to it and effectively forget about it. I'm not naïve, just lazy.

I'd swap weight if I could--I'm 5'3 and 162.

6'1 and 148.4 lbs

It was 126.8 lbs earlier this year.  I gained 40 lbs in 3 months, and now lost like 20 lbs again in three months. But everyones suspects i have an eating disorder because of my disordered eating, binges and long periods of not eating. Like now, i haven't eaten in three days, and am focused on losing weight again.

My BMI earlier this year was 16,8. Now it's 19,6

They'll probably send me to an ED clinic. I've just heard about that yesterday, and it will be obligatory, because for a year, a doctor has supervision over me because of life-threatening mental issues, so i have to do what he tells me to do, and they now are proposing sending me to an ED clinic. I have said i don't think i have a severe ED, but they said i do.

What? Your weight seems fine, why would they do that?

I have supposedly a form of EDNOS, had a 16,8 BMI in the past, and binge eat / purge a lot. Right now i lost 8 kg in two months (or 17 lbs). I currently have a normal BMI of 19,5 though, but i've had rapid weight gains and rapid weight loss in the past.

I'm currently in admission in a psychiatric clinic, and they've observed me. I haven't eaten in 9 days properly. I skipped breakfast, dinner and supper and what i've eaten were only binges.

I've said my eating disorder is not severe enough to be admitted, but they continue to insist that i have to go to an ED clinic, because they consider it as severe or potentially severe, because of undereating and rapid weight loss, together with my b/p episodes.
