Heinz Kerry, she is "opinated".
I know this is sterotyping, but if you took each of their character traits, without knowing which party they were or who their husbands were, but I think you could figure out that Heinz Kerry is a Democrat married to John Kerry and vice versa.

Of all first ladies, I'll vote Hillary, she could actually be it, as she was for a short time early in the first term, and was elected Senator.
