Prediction: If he runs, Scott isn't going anywhere. Dude has zero charisma and baggage. He got lucky 3 times in FL and may do so again in 2024, but he's just not POTUS material.

Don't forget Scott only won in 2010 because he bought the primary. As soon as voters paid more attention, McCollum gained in popularity. As you say, he got lucky another two times, but he can't do that nationally.

Besides, DeSantis is not only a stronger candidate, but a better governor, and would make a stronger President(ial candidate) too.

Rockstar Billie Joe Armstrong of the punk band Green Day filed paperwork to run for the Republican nomination in 2024 on March 17th. No okie mentioned this so I decided to

Give me a reason to take this seriously.

On the issue of running mates I always believe that someone being considered should be a credible candidate for President (candidate in the sense of candidate for a job, not political candidate or someone electorally successful). I struggle to see how Paul Gosar would either be a credible candidate or be electorally useful. In my view, representatives don't really tend to make good running mates as they aren't really the best option when considering either Presidential viability or electoral benefit.

As I've said, I'll believe a Trump run when I see it. I feel like he'll keep teasing but never actually get in.

Why give up people giving you their money now when you can do it in 2024?

Yeah, I'm all for hoping the other side picks an unelectable ticket but one consisting of Gaetz and MTG would be hugely damaging to the country.

And some idiots still think he won't run.

It's just posturing, this is in no way proof that he'll run. He might not even be well enough.

If the tension has reduced between Trump and Pence, that means Pence has caved in somehow or tried to butter him up. How pathetic.
