Well, with a ballot containing false information, I suppose that election is open to judicial review.
Although I don't hope anybody sues.

Now...for the really important question: Why isn't the Election Thread stickied?

Why would you vote?

Why do people who don't follow politics in general vote??  To Participate. 

People who don't know what they're doing or talking about shouldn't be voting.
