This has to be one of the most stupid questions I've ever heard.
It makes a ton of assumptions that are wrong.
1. All white voters are racists
2. Obama is unpopular with white voters
3. Biden is associated with Obama so Biden must be unpopular with white voters.
4. White voters are monolithic so a young college-educated white woman from the city would vote the same as an old non-college white man from the countryside
But Biden did well in primaries in states that Obama 2008 and Hillary 2016 did badly in.
